What to do about hip problems while pregnant? - hip problems more condition_symptoms

I am 28 weeks pregnant and my left hip is killing me. It was during the last few months and a half. I spoke with my doctor about it and normal. (Speading The hips) are more likely to take Tylenol for pain, I must also return to my Chiro. therefor. Needless to say, that does not help. Someone else has this problem during pregnancy? If so overcome, how to?

The above link gives you some information on the sciatic nerve pain. Sometimes hip problems during pregnancy due to pressure on the sciatic nerve. I had this problem with every pregnancy. It has had trouble walking steadily worse during my second pregnancy and for months after childbirth. They told me that if I get pregnant again, I'd probably take a stick during pregnancy. But I'm 13 weeks and so far I have had a slight pain. I see a massage therapist twice a month and takes special care in this area. We hope it will not be a major theme of her pregnancy.

If possible, find a therapist. At least talk to your doctor. You may learn some stretching exercises that help to lose the territory.

I had this with all three pregnancies. Swimming has really helped me. The water helps the pressure. And you can track a lot better in water. Here you have more than half.

I had the worst pain in the lower region of the hip on the back, I felt like knives stabbed me, I was massaging my husband, but I think my baby was sitting on a nerve or something, and that caused all the pain, as I have more pain poof done

I have this problem also at this time. It is caused by the spread of her hips, mostly. Sometimes, when it is really wide spread of the cause of hip pain in the sciatic nerve. the nerves outside of the hip and leg. I had with my other two, but what I do. try to stretch every day, can help this. Good luck
